DEHINO’SMIN YATHAA-DEHE

KOUMAARAM YAUVANAM JARAA

TATHAA DEHAANTARA PRAAPTI-HI

DHEERAS-TATRA NA MUHYATI //13//

Inside the body, there is SOUL. Body is temporary. It becomes unusable after some years. It is called death. Then it is burnt or buried. But the SOUL inside is permanent. It has no death. When the body is burnt or buried, the SOUL continues its existence. The body is just like a case or outer cover or clothing for the SOUL.

Soul goes through 4 stages: 1. Koumaram (childhood) 2. Yauvanam (youth) 3. Jaraa (old age) 4. Dehaantara (change of body)

When the soul changes body, ignorant people call it death and they feel sad. But people who are wise do not worry about death. They know the soul has only gone into another body, it is only a change of clothing.
